Follow Up Program

When closing a transaction, whether buyers or sellers, you should take advantage of these tools.

How do I access the Buyer and Seller Follow Up Programs
Access your ERA Buyer Follow-Up Program through the Videobuzz (formerly Socialboost) dashboard, then choose Follow-Up Programs from the navigation on the left. From here you can manage agent contact info, headshots and preferences. Offices can review enrolled entries by office and/or user.

Why is my property not eligible for the ERA funded program?
All entries into the ERA 4 year paid program MUST include an email address. Properties without an email address and outside of the 30 closing period are not eligible for the ERA funded program. oYou must add your buyers or sellers email to your Skyslope transaction information.

Reputation Management (Reviews) Program

TextERA Lead Generation Program

TextERA can help you by transforming static yard signage into interactive property marketing, attracting new leads from potential customers directly from the driveway.

Automated Property Codes

Every property listed by an ERA agent is assigned a unique SMS text code at no additional cost which you can add to your current sign riders and print marketing. Interested parties can text this code to 35620 to receive property information*, and TextERA will pass details about the new lead to the agent associated with the property.

This Brokerage DOES NOT charge an extra lead fee. You will receive an email when receiving leads that may say different, this is generic and ignore if it says there is a lead fee of 15%.
